Due to the nature of our services, JBH LABS does NOT offer refunds. Any successful payment made on the client's behalf is non-refundable and is acknowledgement of JBH's policies. In the case of cancellation on the client's behalf, any payment made is still non-refundable.
Due to the potential of a difference in vision between JBH LABS and the client, certain packages/services have a set amount of allowed revisions. If the client exceeds these revisions, a fee of $50 will be applied to each following revision. With that being said, JBH offers the client the ability to provide their inspiration at specific stages of the project, which helps lower the chance of needing revisions.
JBH LABS promises to keep in line with the estimated project duration and turnaround time given to the client, however, in the case that scheduling conflicts occur, the client will be notified.
